SUBSISTENCE ALLOWANCES FOR DUTY TRAVEL
(a) Rates for Duty Travel within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas
Officers earning $40.00 per night
or above
All other Officers $30 per night

The salary in the second category should be changed to $24,600 in both sections of this appendix.
(a) Absences of over 5 one quarter of the rates hours but less than 10 hours
(b) Absences of over 10 one half the rates hours.

3. Daily rates of subsistence are paid where no -night's stop is necessary or when an absence exceeds a complete period of 24 hours but does not necessitate a further night's stop.
