APPENDIX B.

MODEL NOTIFICATION OF INTERDICTION WHERE POWER TO INTERDICT IS DELEGATED

In accordance with Regulation 37(l) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, and in the exercise of powers

delegated to me under the Public service (Delegation of Powers) order, I hereby interdict you from the exercise of the powers and functions of your office ................... with effect from...........................................

on the grounds that proceedings for your dismissal are being taken (or "proceedings f or your dismissal are about to be taken" or "criminal proceedings are being instituted against you").

During the period of interdiction you will receive reduced emoluments of ....................."
