1. Visit to your nearest Community Health clinic.
2. Register for an appointment.
3. Have a seat in waiting area.
4. Participate in testing and examination.
5. Obtain follow-up appointment.
6. Follow advice/instructions of your healthcare provider.
How do I receive counselling about Family Planning?
1. Visit your nearest Community Health Clinic on Family Planning day.
2. Register.
3. Wait in waiting area until you are called.
4. Participate in counselling sessions.
5. Follow suggestions made.
How do I obtain the contraceptive?
1. Visit nearest Community Health Clinic on Family Planning day.
2. Register.
3. Wait in waiting area until called.
4. Participate in “exam”.
5. Obtain prescription and/or contraceptive method.
6. Return for follow-up and refill when needed.
How do I request a seminar/workshop on Family Planning issues?
1. Contact the Family Planning Unit via formal letter detailing group size, make-up, ages, etc. 2 weeks in advance of proposed date.
2. Await response.
3. Provide resources requested.
4. Participate in workshop.
5. Fill out evaluation or workshop.
