How do I take the Food Safety course?

1. Call the Baillou Hill Road Community Health Clinic to schedule appointment for health certificate and Food Safety Course.

2. Obtain appointment and come 1 hour earlier for registration.

3. Present identifiaction.

4. Fill out necessary form.

5. Wait in waiting area to see the doctor.

6. Participate in "assessment" and interview.

7. Attend Foodsafety Course should assessment be favourable.

8. Participate in FoodSafety Course.

9. Follow recommedations made in course.

10. Keep receipt but give employee original health certificate, or display in your establishment for both consumers and Health Inspectors to see. (Receipt may be used to request additional copies during the year.)
