I rise in order to move for the Second Reading and Committal of a Bill for an Act to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act to remove the requirement for reciprocity in assisting other States in obtaining Freezing Orders and for connected purposes; the Short Title of which is the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Act 2008.
