MISSION STATEMENT
1.
To afford every eligible Bahamian the opportunity to be registered and to vote in free and fair elections.
2.
To guarantee every eligible citizen equal rights and access to the Electoral System, in determining who should govern the country.
GOALS
To ensure that provisions are available for every Bahamian citizen to register as a voter.
To ensure that the Voter Register reflects accurate information pertaining to registered persons and that it remains open to public scrutiny.
To ensure that every citizen gets an equal opportunity to cast a ballot.
To maintain the secrecy of the ballot.
