The Compliance Commission provides precise and timely information on the operations of the Compliance Commission as a Regulatory Authority for non-traditional financial institutions.

Anyone can request information from the Compliance Commission.

Process 

A person can obtain the information service of the Compliance Commission either by visiting its office or through navigating its website. All matters arising from walk-ins, e-mails, and telephone calls are addressed by the Commission.

There are no application forms for this service.

Supporting Documents 

A most basic information request may be provided verbally and does not require any supporting documents.  
Matters which require a legal opinion or reference to laws, regulations, or the Compliance Commission’s Codes of Practice may require that the request be provided in writing.

Turn-around time 
The turn-around-time is determined, in large measure, by the mode of communication. The time-frames vary for correspondences by post, telephone, e-mail etc. , but all are addressed in the shortest possible time.
