The National Centre for the Performing Arts is a facility that can be rented for various types of events.  Persons interested in using the facility must apply.

Anyone is able to rent the facility.

1. All persons interested in renting The National Centre for the Performing Arts may collect application forms at any of the addresses outlined below.
2. The applicant must fill out and submit the application form to the Department of Culture.
3. Once the application is received, the Department of Culture will process the application.  If approved a rental agreement and contract are prepared.
4. When payment slips are ready, the Department will contact applicants.  
5. The applicant must come to the Department of Culture for signing of the rental agreement and contract.
6. Once the rental agreement and contract are signed, the applicant will have one week to make full payment.  
7. The applicant is free to use the facility according to the terms of the agreement, only after payment is made in full.

Note: The Facility is available for rental from Sunday – Saturday 10am – 12 midnight.  There is an additional fee for use of the facility after midnight.

The fees are two part, comprising of a non-refundable BS$250 administrative fee, and rental rates as outlined below by category.

Please note that for engagements that go beyond midnight, there is an additional hourly charge of BS$100.00.

The offices below, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
