To allow for the Annual Fee payment of International Business Companies and Regular Bahamian Companies





Eligibility 

Citizens/Residents and Business with a valid credit or debit card (Is currency an issue i.e. B$ or US$)

Process 
  1. Registration at the Government Portal (receive access codes)
  2. Logon to Registry Services
  3. Select Pay Annual Fees
  4. Enter company details
  5. Enter the year to pay
  6. Enter Credit or Debit Card information
  7. After approval, print receipt

Deadline 
International Business Companies, payment due Jan. 1 each year. There are subsequent penalties of 10% on April 1 and 50% on Nov. 1 if Annual fees are not paid for IBCs. If the fees are not paid in full by Jan. 1, the IBC is struck off the Register.
