After completing the travel and consent forms found at www.covid19.gov.bs or www.bahamas.gov.bs/health, applicants for the inter-island travel health approval process were advised to select an approved physician for the completion of a risk and physical assessment.
 

At this time, the Ministry of Health announces the availability of the approved list of physicians as follows:

In the public sector, risk and physical assessments can be completed at Flamingo Gardens, Adelaide, Gambier and Fleming Street Clinics.

A complete listing can be found on the www.covid19.gov.bs or www.bahamas.gov.bs/health. This list will be updated periodically.
