Position

Qualification

General Manager

Masters degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent; 10 years management experience in a financial institution.
Credit Union experience would be an asset.

Deputy General Manager

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or Business; 5 to 10 years in a Management position;
High degree of familiarity with the philosophy and operations of a credit union.
Excellent communications skills; both oral and written.

Finance Manager

Bachelors’ degree in Accountancy or Finance, CA or ACCA or local Banking qualifications 7 years relevant experience

Manager:
Loans, Human Resources, Operations, Compliance, all other Managers

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent,
7 years relevant experience

 

Supervisors
Accounts, Loans, Marketing, Member Services, Collections, etc.

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in relevant area. 5 years relevant experience.

 

Clerk III:

Bachelors’ degree or equivalent,
3-5 years or relevant experience.

Clerk II:

Associate degree or equivalent,
3-5 years of relevant experience.

Clerk I:

Five BGCSE including Math and English
with “C” grades or above

Custodian:

Basic Literacy and numeracy
