The Bahamas was notified on January 7, 2022 that a recommendation was sent to the EU Parliament and EU Council for the country to be delisted from the EU AML Blacklist. The recommendation was supported by a draft regulation to revise the AML Blacklist. A copy of the official published regulation can be found below. | ||||
