Request for Proposals
All persons or entities that wished to submit proposals/ applications in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) were required to register with the Cellular Liberalisation Task Force to collect an RFP package.
The registration process is now closed, but a copy of the RFP can be downloaded here.
