The Registrar General's Department hereby announces the waiver of the of the 10% penalty pursuant to Section 176(2) of the International Business Companies Act, for the period April 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.

Agents are encouraged to utilize the CARS system for payments and other services moving forward. This initiative is intended to facilitate a seamless transition to the digital platform and to enhance service efficiency.
