NASSAU, The Bahamas - Rotary District 7020 Governor Deborah Howell (centre right), paid a courtesy call on Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism, Investments and Aviation, the Hon. Chester Cooper (centre), at the ministry on Thursday, November 17, 2022.  She was accompanied by her husband Mr. Dennis Howell; Deidree Bain-Toote, Assistant Governor; Lindsey Cancino, Past Assistant Governor; Royann Dean, Area Coordinator; Lionel Haven, Area Coordinator; and Pedro Delaney, Treasurer.  Ministry officials included Jeremy Delancy, Deputy Permanent Secretary (centre left), MOTIA.
