Objectives:

The main objective of the course is to familiarise participants with the processes required to develop Standard Sanitary Operating Procedures and to adhere to those procedures to maintain sanitary conditions.

Target Group:

The target group for this training includes:

• Exporters.
• Food Manufacturers.
• Seafood Processors.

Qualifications/Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of High School Diploma.

How Can I Access This Training?

1. Contact the Department of Marine Resources and request to be placed on the training list (15-20 persons required to begin training).
2. Applicants are contacted with information regarding training schedule and are given a Sanitation Control Procedure Course Application Form.

Note: The time from application to the actual course participation may vary because a minimum group of 15 people are needed before the course can begin.
