All BORIS users should be notified of the following changes to the BORIS Public Site coming into effect from Tuesday 25th, September 2018.

 

Each BORIS registered company will need to assign at least one designated ‘Company Administrator’ from the list of registered users, or register a new user as Company Administrator, if one has not already been registered. To do this please email STCW@bahamasmaritime.com to register your Company Administrator(s).

 

The Company Administrator will have the following rights/responsibilities in the BORIS system:

  1. User Management for the company;
    1. Add new users
    2. Edit existing users
    3. Send login emails from BORIS
    4. Activate/Deactivate users
  2. Edit Company Details including;
    1. Company Name
    2. Addresses
    3. Contacts/Emails
    4. Emergency Contacts
