The Fish and Farm Store, located on Potter’s Cay Dock, sells a variety of products including pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, irrigation supplies, fencing and packaging material to farmers at cost. While most sales are cash, farmers can purchase items on credit, using the Stores-on-Credit Program.





Eligibility 
  • Must be a registered farmer with the Department of Agriculture.
  • Must be a Bahamian citizen.
  • Must be an active farmer.

 

Process 
  1. Visit the Fish and Farm Store (New Providence) or BAIC Office (Family Island)
  2. Place order for supplies needed
  3. Pay invoice
  4. Pick up supplies ordered (New Providence) or supplies are delivered to mail-boat (Family Islands)
