This service is intended to assist farmers with animal husbandry, animal health and farm management, and to provide technical support when needed on animal related matters.

Farmers must adopt and follow good agricultural practices and protocols for care of live animals and certain animal products (record-keeping, identification, breeding, animal housing, waste removal, general animal management, animal care, feed and water protocols).

If customers are not satisfied with service or have a dispute he/she should contact the local Manager/Officer via the emails stipulated above (Family Islands), the Island Administrator (where there are no packing houses) or contact the Officer in Charge, Veterinary Services Unit (New Providence).

If matter is not resolved, customer should contact Director of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture at 397-7450.
