Project Vision: The vision of the Public Financial Management-Performance Monitoring Reform Project is to build a sustainable and competitive fiscal and public sector financial management future for the Bahamian people.

Project Mission: The Mission of the Public Financial Management-Performance Monitoring Reform Project is to strengthen the institutional and management capacity of the Bahamas Government to allocate priority projects and better manage scarce financial resources. The Ministry of Finance has identified four major component categories which, collectively will help to address economic and fiscal performance, and simultaneously strengthen institutional and management capacities. Using the collateral expertise within the Project Implementation Unit, we seek to deliver the most creative and practical solutions to multiple component issues, ensuring that we meet or exceed the expectations of the Bahamian people.
