Application For New And Renewal Of Licence Under The Notaries Public Act, 1971

The Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Legal Affairs wishes to advise the public that effective 1st January, 2022, Notaries Public can access the Online E-Services platform via the MyGateway portal for persons wishing to pay for their renewal and/or new notary public licence.

 

As the system at this time can only facilitate single payments, it is requested that companies with less than five Notaries Public utilize the portal, MyGateway.gov.bs

 

Further be advised that companies with five or more Notaries can seek assistance directly at the Office of the Attorney-General, # 10 Paul L. Adderley Building, John F. Kennedy Drive, for renewal and application for new notary licences, which will be processed manually by cheque payment method only.
