NASSAU, The Bahamas -- The Ministry of Transport and Housing held a key and plaque presentation for 18 homeowners in the Pinecrest Sub-division Monday, November 21, 2022.  The presentation was the third in the area within the last 11 months and brings the sub-division to over 85% occupancy, said Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, the Hon. Philip Davis.  “Homeownership gives persons the right to be respected, a sense of security and responsibility,” said the Prime Minister.   Minister of Transport and Housing the Hon. JoBeth Coleby-Davis congratulated the families on becoming owners of new homes.
