NASSAU, The Bahamas -- Members of the Bahamas Senate rendered community outreach in the Nassau Village community by presenting a cheque to support the work F.O.A.M. (Families Of All Murder Victims) organization, led by Ms. Candy Gibson, on August 5, 2022 at F.O.A.M's offices.
Representing the Bahamas Senate were President of the Senate the Hon. Lashell Adderley; and Senators Ronald Duncombe, Maxine Seymour, and Barry Griffin.
Madame President Adderley is pictured presenting the cheque to Ms. Gibson on behalf of the Senate of the Bahamas.
Madame President thanked Ms. Gibson for her courageous efforts in the job she's doing in the community of Nassau Village, as well as her endeavour to reach out to families who are victims of violent crime. Madame President urged her to continue her efforts and praised her for the work she's doing for her part in the fight for justice and service to the community.
