NASSAU, The Bahamas -- A Women's Suffrage Memory March, organized by the Department of Gender and Family Affairs of the Ministry of Social Services and Urban Development, was held on Sunday afternoon, November 27, 2022 beginning at Archdeacon William Thompson Park, Baillou Hill Road, and ending at Rawson Square. In attendance were Mrs. Ann Marie Davis of the Office of the Spouse of the Prime Minister; Minister of Social Services and Urban Development the Hon. Obie Wilchcombe; State Minister for Social Services the Hon. Lisa Rahming; and Deputy Leader of the Opposition Shanendon Cartwright.
