The Government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas through the Ministry of Environment and Housing and the Department of Housing is inviting qualified Home Construction Companies or firms to enter into a Public Private Partnership (PPP) project to provide construction services for the development of 70 single family homes for the following housing subdivision:

Carmichael Village Phase I, New Providence – Construction of 70 single family homes.
