NASSAU, The Bahamas --  Acting Prime Minister the Hon. Chester Cooper signed the Book of Condolence and paid respects at the Lie-in-State of Pastor Neville Scavella, JP, former President of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church and Chaplain of the Royal Bahamas Defence Force, November 10, 2022.  The Lie-in-State took place in the foyer of Centerville Seventh Day Adventist Church.
