Governor General Makes Annual Christmas Visit to Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre

NASSAU, The Bahamas -- His Excellency the Most Hon. Sir Cornelius A. Smith, Governor General, on Monday, paid his Annual Christmas Visit to Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre, where he toured the Geriatric Ward and the Lignum Vitae Ward.  He also unveiled a 65th Anniversary Star, donated by Mr. Hal Shearer, CEO of Auto H and L Limited.  Pictured at the star unveiling, from left are: Mr. Andrew Edwards, PHA Chairman; Mrs. Sandra Mortimer-Russell, Acting Hospital Administrator; Mr. Hal Shearer; Hon. Dr. Michael Darville, Minister of Health and Wellness; H.E. Sir Cornelius A. Sir Cornelius A. Smith, Governor General, gave his Address during the Annual Christmas visit to Sandilands Rehabilitation Centre under the theme, 'Behold the Star in the East' on Monday, December 5, 2022.
