Nassau, The Bahamas - The Office of  The Governor General wishes to advise that Their Excellencies The Most Honourable Sir Cornelius Smith, O.N., CCMG, and Clara Lady Smith would be out of the country from Thursday, 15th September returning

on Thursday, 22nd September, 2022. Their Excellencies will travel to London to attend the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Monday, 19th September, 2022.

During the absence of His Excellency the Governor-General, the Honourable Cynthia Pratt will be appointed to act as Deputy to the Governor-General.
