The Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) advises that Out-Patient Laboratory Services, referred to as “Door 10,” has relocated from the Ambulatory block to the Legacy Lobby Area located opposite the Private Business Office in the main hospital campus.

The public is advised that services at Out-Patient Laboratory Services will resume effective Tuesday April 6th, 2021. Service hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm and rendered by appointment only.

Patients are asked to contact the PMH Registration & Scheduling Unit at (242) 808-9972 to book lab appointments. Patients are required to provide a lab request form completed by the referring physician to complete the appointment registration process.

Please note that lab requests should be submitted no later than 1-2 weeks prior to your scheduled clinic appointment.
