The Department of Environmental Health Services (D.E.H.S) wishes to advise the general public that beginning February 1st, 2021 we will no longer be accepting Business License Application at this office.

All applicants are to utilize the Inland Revenue Online Portal at the site listed below.

3. Complete: Step 3 Consolidated Agency Application Form
4. Click Submit
5. Wait: To Receive Response
