The Department of Immigration Hawkins Hill Office will be closed effective Wednesday, 28th April, 2021 to allow for deep cleaning and sanitization by the Department of Environmental Health due to a positive COVID-19 case. The office will resume in-person services on Friday, 30th April 2021.

Please note that the safety of staff and clients is our number one priority, however, we do apologize for any inconvenience caused. All clients holding appointments for Wednesday, 28th and Thursday, 29th April, 2021 are asked to contact our call center at 1242-225-5337 on Friday 30th April, 2021 to reschedule or send an email to immigrationpublicrelationsunit@bahamas.gov.bs to request rescheduling.

Further, all online services will not be disrupted for the indicated period.
