Among the invited participants to the launching of the ‘Shock Treatment’ initiative are Minister of National Security, Hon Dr. Bernard Nottage, Minister of State, Keith Bell, Permanent Secretary Carl Smith, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Karen Rigby, Carlos Reid, Citizens Security Unit and Commissioner of the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Ellison Greenslade, are all to his left.
