STRATEGY FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY DEVELOPMENT IN THE BAHAMAS PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND SCHOOLS ENERGY RETROFITS

The Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, through the Ministry of the Environment and Housing is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP), for interested parties to provide a proposal to conduct energy audits of selected Government buildings.  

 

The Government is seeking to acquire information that will form the scope of works for the execution of future tendering for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services on the following buildings on the Island of New Providence, in The Bahamas:

Marathon Road
Kemp Road
Project 5 T. G. Glover Primary School Oakes Field
Project 6 The Office of The Prime Minister Sir Cecil Wallace Whitfield Centre
Goodman’s Bay

 

Interested bidders should respond via email to minofenvironmentandhousing@bahamas.gov.bs by February 4, 2019, with the subject line “Public Building and Schools Energy Retrofits”.

Please note that successful bidders to this process will be disqualified from participating in future EPC tenders regarding these retrofits.
