Express Mail Service is similar to the services offered by the private couriers. These items are specially marked by the internationally recognized orange and blue bands and stripes.

This category of mail delivery service, receives prioritized attention and handling from the time of posting, throughout the journey to its destination. EMS items are hand delivered and provides track and trace capabilities.

All Citizens, Residents and Non Residents can send mail via EMS.

• The maximum weight for a parcel is 44 lbs.
• The maximum size for a parcel is 3ft 6 inches in length and 6ft 7 inches in length and girth combined.

 

1. Visit the Stamp Counter at any post office location (In New Providence and Grand Bahama Only)
2. Complete and submit the required address label.
3. Complete and submit the Customs Declaration Form (CN22 Form).
4. Pay required postage plus EMS fee.
5. Give package to customer service representative.

Note: The package should be submitted at the counter unsealed for inspection purposes.

Inbound

Documents: Delivery is made at All Post Offices.

Merchandise: Delivery is made at the Parcel Post Office at the General Post Office in Nassau and All Family Islands District Offices
